On December 12, 2005 Governor Brad Henry authorized the formation of the Governor's Transformation Advisory Board. The purpose of the Board is to advise Oklahoma as it develops a Comprehehsive Mental Health Plan. The Board is the catalyst that enables meaningful and significant transformation to occur within Oklahoma..

The Board Consists of 28 members. The Directors of each service providing agency along with senators, representatives, consumers, youth , and family members all serve on this Board.
