The workgroup will discuss ways to expand and improve services in rural areas and present a consumer focus at all levels of service. This workgroups will develop measures that will allow for screening to take place as early as possible and in more diverse settings and intervene as early as possible to prevent further engagement into the criminal justice system. One of the goals of this workgroup is to both increase the number of individuals being served and improve supportive services in the community.
