The Adult Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services met and organized into subgroups that addressed issues and challenges related to Prevention and Early Treatment, Treatment and Related Services, Discharge, Aftercare and Community Support, and ongoing support and infrastructure. Their combined recommendations went to GTAB in late 2007, who announced their list of projects in the spring of 2008.
