The workgroup will identify opportunities, barriers and emerging issues which impact children, youth and their families. The workgroup will review specific action plans and develop strategies to implement the goals that are recommended in the Oklahoma State Comprehensive Plan. This workgroup will receive status reports on activities drawn from the Comprehensive Plan related to substance abuse and mental health services for children, older youth (including youth transitioning into adulthood), and their families.
