The workgroup will review specific action plans and develop strategies to implement the goals that are recommended in the Oklahoma State Comprehensive Plan. These goals will build on current initiatives; enhance current services to inmates; and support re-entry and jail diversion alternatives that promote public safety and the successful community reintegration of individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues, using the conceptual framework of the Sequential Intercept Model.
