On December 7, 2006 the Governor's Transformation Advisory Board voted unanimously to constitute 6 workgroups for the purpose of engaging a wide and diverse group of stakeholders to support transformation activities and assist with the overall responsibilities of the Governor's Transformation Advisory Board.
