On December 7, 2006 the Governor's Transformation Advisory Board voted unanimously to constitute 6 workgroups for the purpose of engaging as wide and divers groups of stakeholders as feasible to support transformation activities and assist with the overall responsibilities of the Governor's Transformation Advisory Board.
